Hi y'all - I will thank everybody now and later - feeling the burn / yesterday eating this after breakfast , lunch was baked crab no cheese and green beans from Chinese place - also 5 spoons of whip cream - dinner I had garlic butter , habinero hot sauce shrimp steamed ( get it while it's hot) with a salad with Italian dressing , olives green , some cheese crotons lettuce tomato / great -
If you been working hard on anything this week being this or whatever , blow off steam at gym ,with friends , family , park, road trip , festival, pets etc and celebrate your week / northeastern folks in our prayers , they have different issues - Hope everyone is successful daily , weekly , monthly and everything falls into place - take the emotion and drama out of life and it will bring growth, stability and maturity - this school seems never to be out of session but I love my classmates and some great teachers too -
I've stayed under 200 I believe 3 weeks now and able to do a lot more things - I am proud of that and everyone's support and input is much appreciated and back at you for the help - GO GREEN - Much success to all , God Bless, YOU CAN DO IT - WHEN NOT IF -
