Working on calorie intake each day. Working out 30 minutes a day to Body Shred with Jillian Michaels 6 days a week. Looking like my calorie intake may be on the low side so might need to up it. Not eating any breads of pastas, dairy free, lots of veggies, proteins, and fruits. This is making a nice change in my weight. It is all about taking one day at a time and following through.
178.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
