Up two pounds, down two pounds...it is so frustrating when all you do is fluctuate! No big deal though...I am getting ready to start my first ever FatSecret challenge and I am so excited! This site has helped me to stay motivated and focused. I am amazed by the commitment that I am giving to this, and I can't wait to push myself more. Having five kids really hinders my ability to devote time to myself, but I am glad that I am finally taking this leap. I know in my mind and in my heart that it will benefit all of us at the end of the day!
