Had a significant gain, but it was expected and fine. My low weight previously had been due to feeling ill and was less than what I would like to maintain. Had some fun over the weekend and was able to treat myself a bit now that my stomach was feeling better. Now I hope to hang between 120 & 123 with a 2 pound buffer under my goal weight. Can't wait for the weather to warm up so I am inspired to walk further, but I still get at least 3 miles in most days of the week so that's pretty good.
