Have succeeded in hurting my knee and it is swollen. I have now decided to take a conservative approach in managing the injury and will stop any knee strenuous activities. Hopefully will get better soon but I will have to slow down my weight loss charge as I need to make sure I remain healthy. Maybe I can concentrate on upper, mid body and calves

Just remember, 80% of weight loss depends on what we eat and 20% on our activity. It's great watching you're progress, keep it up as you can.
