ok today i started my monthly and am feeling kind of bloated. i will not weight myself until next Monday April 12 th. i will exercise and eat clean for this whole week only drinking water and not eating anything sweet. i started the week @ 194 lets c if balanced diet @ around 1800 calories is better than 1800 calories of any kind of food.
