低碳Day62~70.5(-9.4) 今天吃低碳生酮飲食滿二個月 記錄一下~體重79.9變70.5 腰圍~最小處105變94(-11) 腰圍~肚臍處108變96(-12) 下午昨天外食。有盡量用湯洗醬油 晚上真的肚子比較凸 以為又胖了。結果又瘦了!!呵
