Cheated a bit last night as a young friend came over to see me: nothing hungrier than a trainee solicitor! Ate come raspberries for desert and very good they were too. However, as I had completed a 6 mile walk the day before and propose another one today I refuse to feel guilty. Shall pick up some fish on the way home for a change of protein.
207.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

If all you "cheated" on was raspberries, then you are doing fine. They are only 3g net carbs per 1/2 cup which is more than some vegetables allowed on OWL. I don't think it will get you out of ketosis. Don't feel guilty.
