kemarin gym selama 2 jam. sampe badan memar-memar dan makan cuman dikiiiiit aja. laper, minum air yg banyak. huhuhuhu pengen cepet balik lagi ke normal
170.6 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
