Alright, New Day, New Plan. I drank a full 12 oz of water after 8:30 last night and did not eat a thing. I cut back my intake to 1600 calories and did not die!!! Now let's see how long I can keep this up. tonight I do 30 minutes fast walk on the treadmill and begin some situps.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
