I was very upset this morning when I gained 1kg. However, I realised that I am following my plan still and I did a very good workout last night - very brisk walk - which for me is good. I have had knee problems as a result of my weight and therefore need to start to ease into this type of exercise as to not damage my knees furhter. I am still motivated and believe that I will see the sum of the parts soon to be much larger than the parts on its own. Bring on Monday!!!
315.0 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 127.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I haven't weighed myself since i started 6 days ago But on Saturday i decided to try on these pants that i bought last year, which i haven't worn cause they a size small I managed to fit into them the number on the scale can be disappointing You should have that 1 outfit, that you measure yourself with. its very motivating
