I was on a plateau when I started. I'm on the Code Red diet and had lost 8 pounds in two weeks, so I was really upset when suddenly I stopped losing! Well, a friend who is on the diet solved the problem for me. I was not eating Enough!

This is an amazing diet! You are Never hungry and your energy levels are phenomenal. The hardest part, for me, is drinking a gallon of water a day and sleeping 7 or 8 hours a night.

I am thrilled that there is no exercise involved, because I don't get the opportunity to exercise a lot.
205.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
