I've lost all the weight I gained during my TDY. Now, per Dr. Steward's preferences of 150-160 lb goal, I have less than 20 lbs to lose. Per AK Club, I should weigh 155, so that is 17 lbs. Seems so close, but so hard to do. I just have to keep watching what I eat and keep active. I can do this!!!
172.9 lb Lost so far: 24.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
