Not bad given the fact that I ate BIG at a 3yo b-day party on Saturday. Got stay FOCUSED on the prize!! I was thinking that I had lost more inches than I did. DAGGUMIT!!
230.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
