Ach! Over 170 again! I just do not know what to do here. I am now making sure I don't eat after 8:30 PM I havent had any alchohol for 2 days, I continue to walk every day totalling 3 to 5 miles I have even cut down to around 1600 calories. Just shoot me!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
