Wasn't logging in for one week. Nor did I get exercise in that week. The result a 6 lb gain in one week? Kind of mind boggling number. Back at it!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can fluctuate water weight up to 12 lbs I think, so you have the right attitude just get right back to it!

I'd like to think it was all that! Was camping with relatives and the food didn't have a lot of healthy alternatives. Plus, used to exercise daily & was a lot of sitting around! But, I know that the only way is to just get back on the proverbial horse. Thanks greycmay!
