有清腸所以體重有下來,希望維持好,吃生酮剛開始是很辛苦的,什麼都不能吃,很多好吃😋的,所以會不習慣,最近有習慣些,但是還不夠生酮的比例,要在加油

如果直接吃肥一點的肉就比較容易

到現在好幾個月了,是有比較敢吃ㄧ點肥的,喜歡吃豬皮
