So, i think i stayed right around 500 calories and i lost a pound. i am happy about that i ended up taking appetite control pills. i have to really watch for grumpiness.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
