i am really enjoying working out and losing weight staying motivated headed toward 220. summertime is around the corner and i'm gonna need new clothes. i may even hit the beach without my shirt lol......
244.9 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
