😍經過昨天中午的豪華海陸大餐,又喝了好幾碗的牛奶起司鍋湯底,導致昨晚不敢吃晚餐,還加強運動,這個補救策略果然是對的,今早體重沒增反減😱完全不敢相信我的眼睛😱因為有點心虛😍沒想到沒吃晚餐的效果這麼好😍
