Still losing... getting ready to Hike the trails at Lake Alma. We have The Hike for a Cure for Histiocytosis in 3 weeks that I'm trying to prepare for. So glad I don't have those extra 28 lbs to pack around like I did at the beginning of this year! Woohoo! Love this lifestyle.
