Did a Hiphop class at the gym and quite a bit of biking yesterday. I did chit on my all protein day with a pack of almond butter, a small handful of almonds and a bowl of Ricotta. I was hungry and couldn't stand having more meat. I guess that's why the weight is up a bit.
156.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week
