I really need to monitor my intake more. I'm working out three times a week, and I need to work in a fourth time. Aside from that, I'm doing OK. Yesterday wasn't good as far as food was concerned, but I *did* manage to not eat all of the mashed potatoes that was with the pot roast I got at a restaurant. In fact, it was probably less than half. Admittedly the potatoes weren't that good, but still -- there are plenty of times I eat crap just because it's there.
Tennis is going OK for me -- slow improvement -- but not so good for the boyfriend. I hope he doesn't decide to quit ... unless he's going to consistently be cranky when we play. Then he can quit; I'll just double-up my lessons (PRICEY).
