Again got through the weekend - I am not bad , I spend time with dad 87 and he likes buffets. I eat the good and right food but have to cut back on quantity - I always figure I will not do much over the weekend - My dad had quadruple bypass 25 years ago , great health. He works out 3 times a week supervized rehab by Doctors and local nurses at a local hospital and is a Korean war veteran - He is and has always been my hero and I still work with him - That is mostly the family I talk about for he is starting to slip mentally , but he is 87 - Anybody needed to do the workouts like he does, consult your doctor and or local hospital to find out - I am very proud of everyone just kicking it and everyone trying and at this time of the year - I love this site and the people - Thanks for your support -
