I have a scale that shows percentage of body fat, 24.8%. I don't know if that is accurate or not. Plus if that is good or bad.
When I go to the gym today, I'll ask one of the trainers. If any of you out there knows, let me know. Thanks
173.8 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That is my body fat but I`m 167cmH so I think you should be taller than me. But I`m not 100% sure.
