Had big drops last couple of days and thought this might happen - croutons and cheese in salad , bam , killed me - I am going to work out today and if I lose a couple today I am going to post it - I'm getting after it and really motivated - I didn't eat a lot of calories the past couple of days and that may also have stopped the burn - I am happy with the success so far and really appreciate all of your support -
The ups and downs will a come - Don't despair, the weight loss coming will be a great sum - Put your hearts and souls into it full steam ahead - Let's get her done and put the fear, the pounds , the apprensions to bed - This day is a point in time - We are always working for our prime -
