Following a figure fitness contest prep diet...not to a T, but kind of close. I had ice cream and wine, but hey, I'm not really preparing for a contest.
1st meal: protein shake & 1/2 cup of oatmeal in the morning
2nd meal: 4oz white fish & green veggies
3rd meal: 4oz white fish, green veggie, & 1/2 cup of brown rice/oatmeal/or 1/2 sweet potato.
4th meal: 4oz of fish or chicken, green veggie, and one of the carbs above.
bedtime: protein shake
