These days, I've been going up and down... one week, gain weight, next week, lose weight.... I desperately want to get out of the 150's already!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.4 lb a week

I feel you there! I took a day off of my diet and went back on the next day. That seemed to get things moving again. I was finally able to get into the 160s! Good luck!
