seminggu diet berantakan, karena lagi palang merah. nekat nimbang ternyata turun malahan ehehehe padahal sebelumnya stuck lama bgt
164.5 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
