Ok. I'm up way too early. My husband messed with my alarm clock so that when I thought I was waking up at 5am I actually was up at 4am. I was wondering why none of my kids or husband wanted to get up this morning...lol...But I'm up early. Got my workout in and I'm ready for my day. I'm ready to have a fresh start on my new healthy lifestyle (since I've been backsliding the past couple of weeks). I'm ready to start feeling great with more energy, more happiness, and just overall great health. I'm ready to live my life to the fullest so that when I'm 50yrs old or 70 or 80 I can look back and not say that I wasted my life on the sofa or that I wished I had taken my kids to the park more or that I just never had the energy to take my dog for a walk. I want to look back and see that I did all of that stuff and so much more.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
