and still be in your nightie an hour later, you may find you'll weigh even less. But I think that if you drink
even half a cup of water within that time, you may see a half-pound gain in weight. You don't really want to add the undigested weight of the food you just ate, do you? About ice cream: I think half a cup
a day of plain ice cream is not bad for you, just nutritious; just include the calories to adjust your planned foods for the day. And it may help you feel less like a "poor me" for weight-watching.
