I'm really hoping that weight increase is muscle because I ran my @$$ off this weekend. Running a 5k at the end of May and really hoping I can get myself up to running it full on with no stopping in the middle. Right now at 1 mile without stopping. Im hopefully. With 4 weeks left to train I'm pretty confident I can do it. I've been running on the treadmill though. Maybe next week I'll venture outside. I'm hoping that the fact that I cant run past one mile is that I've still got work to do, and not just because I get bored at that point. A change of scenery will be good, or maybe I'll move a tv in front of the treadmill.
