Better day today, I am back on track with my meals. I looked at my food diary and found that the weekends are my failing. Everything I do during the week slips on weekends. I am going to try to keep closer to my plan and see if I can break the magic 170 mark.
173.3 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 28.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
