I just started slim fast recently. I'm trying to eat a diet heavy on vegetables, very little red meat, no alcohol (at least for now) and no fast foods, that was a real downfall. Today wasn't too great of a day, I ate some cheese and crackers last night. I've been trying not to eat after dinner. Also, this morning I had more than I should have. It seems I'll do really well for a few days and then blow it. It's hard to stay motivated.
