I am back on track now but still struggling with the sweet tooth - being tired and cold makes me want to eat more. I tried a new recipe today from an Atkins book and that was really helpful, makes me want to do that more. And I will spend some time tomorrow making snacks so if I feel i want to get soemthing quickly, there is stuff in the fridge I can grab quickly.

I’ve been having a bad sweet tooth for the last week....I’ve taken to looking at sweets on Pinterest and whining until it passes. But my hubby wanted me to find SOMETHING that I can have that will satisfy my sweet cravings. (Because he wants to eat his sweets without feeling bad that I can’t have any LOL) Anyway, I found something on Pinterest that looks like it will work, and not too complicated. It’s low carb 2 ingredient mousse. It’s heavy whipping cream and sugar free pudding mix. (I am highly against sugar free anything, for me, so I’m only going to make this if I reach a breaking point LOL) Good luck, I know what a bear those sugar cravings can be!

Thanks Mrsroboto, that is really helpful, I am going to try some of the fat bombs which are sweeter, there are a few where you can use splenda which seems to be the best of the sweetener batch.
