I can't stop smiling. My plateau is over! The number on the scale keeps going down. Using ketones, Keto bomb creamer, small easy workouts and lowered my calorie intake to fit my stay at home mom lifestyle, eating a ketogenic diet, using a dry brush and roller to improve my circulation, Lowered my fat and dairy intake a bit this week too. Not proud but drank coke zero 🙈 also looking for a new keto bomb creamer that doesn't use sucralose but also no stevia... I am allergic. Doing 18/6 and once a week doing 20/4. Also doing a celery cucumber cleansing juice lunch once a week to help repair my gut from IBD issues and keep them from returning. 👍
151.0 lb Lost so far: 16.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
