Oh, I am having a hard time getting back on track. Went on holiday and have not been able to really get going again. I need to spend some time this weekend (doesnt help I have been so busy since I got back), and plan and prepare for getting back on it. I have a long way to go, so messing around is not helpful. And I really want to get down to the next stone - I think that would really help mentally. So, I have set a target to be 7 lbs down by the next time I am away for the weekend. Wish me luck!

GOOD LUCK! I think that the two things that are most helpful to me w/r/t "getting back" after holiday are (1) I feel better both physically and mentally when I am eating and exercising properly, and (2) I return to the habit of planning my day's meals and snacks a day in advance, and make only minor changes/excursions during the day. I feel more empowered and in-control.
