I know its only been a few days and its mostly water but 3 lbs feels good!
250.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 100.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1508 kcal Fat: 105.46g | Prot: 116.31g | Carb: 20.22g.   Breakfast: Spam, Butter (Salted), Real Bacon Bits, Egg (Whole). Lunch: Lettuce, Olive Oil & Vinegar Dressing, Sugarless Gum with Xylitol, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Beef Steak, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Red Sweet Pepper. Dinner: Asparagus (Drained Solids, Canned), Butter (Salted), Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Beef Steak, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Red Sweet Pepper, Sweet Onions. Snacks/Other: Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Strings, Beef Snack Sticks. more...
