Wasn't going to do this but why be stupid and not enter all info no matter how it is.Andrea,you saved me from yesterday and it made me feel good today even tho I don't want to feel good. Gained 2 lbs.!!!!!
I should know from past experience what I can't do with food.The last program I tried(failed it)when I put tog strawberrie,cream and nuts it
just didn't work out.I will gain everytime.I'm not blaming any program
and it had nothing to do with combos.It just my stupid bode reacts
adnormally.I have to say why did I think I could get into all those
stupid nuts,which I'm not suppose to eat anyway,(waiting for an attack)
and think this wouldn't happen.Boy I'm having a pretty good pity party!
Okay,enough already,I don't want to bring anyone down.So here is what
I decided to do for a few days......Induction!Again re-reading both
books.I was on Induction for the 2002,not that I don't think the new
one isn's okay,right now 2002 is in my comfort zone.I'm sure this makes
no sense.I did finally go for my walk today(60 Min)Weather here in Fl
is beautiful.And here's another thing,I'm going to measure cups not
ounces for a few days.I know I must sound like a pill,just venting
because I love food and can't eat what I want and succeed and thats
the thing upmost in my future.To not let food control me but rather
me control food.Everyone have a wonderful successful day and do hang
tough even if you might not want to.The end rewards will be worth it.

Winddancer, I am so sorry that you are frustrated. Don't let 2 stupid lbs get you so upset. We have all been there. Just mark it off for what it is. After a few more weeks, you might want to add those berries every couple days only and see if they really do affect you. If not, you are good. I bet its just the combination of it all at the same time. Up your water and cut back on those carbs til you get this behind you. I am here for you always! Hang tough!

Winddancer hang in there! This tough day will be behind you in a flash and a fresh new positive one will be in front of you. Just look at me - I was ready to give up a couple of days ago and today I'm throwing out my huge pants and feeling like a million bucks because of this way of life. We are here for you! 2 lbs. is nothing! You will be so glad you stuck w/th plan. Make that list of all those advantages of losing weight and read it every day like I do. It really helps me stay motivated. And all of you help me,too of course.
