Feeling good at a 30 lb loss so far!! I got into another size smaller jean they are tight but, I fit!! My wedding rings fit again. I went ahead and got my hair cut this weekend and got rid of my grey. Things are going well. I am smaller than I was when I tried this two years ago and that took me till late June so I am 2 months ahead of schedule. I still have 28.2 to go but, that means I am over halfway there. I know it is going to get harder but, it is worth it. I walked only 4 days last week so I am not pushing myself. I hope everyone else is having luck!!
