I'm going to tell you now what you already know.
If you're a regular drinker (I consider myself as such) the single biggest thing you can do to help is give up alcohol.
I haven't drunk in 16 days now, and I don't really miss it. I feel less bloated and my self control is better when it comes to food.
I doubt you drink anywhere near as much as I did, half a bottle a night and not wine either!
I think it will help you though. Actually diet bitter lemon I find quite pleasant and I can drive everywhere now!

I'm a social drinker. never drink in the house alone. more likely to put the kettle on for my visitors. different when out with friends. I enjoy a few glasses of wine
that leads to the munchies , my downfall😣😣💣💣
