Sunday after breakfast
216.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1251 kcal Fat: 41.27g | Prot: 86.28g | Carb: 144.93g.   Breakfast: Sunflower Oil, Spring Onions, Egg, Sweet Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Mushrooms. Lunch: Strawberries, Bananas, Milk (Nonfat). Dinner: Apple Cider Vinegar, Wholegrain Mustard, Onions, Cucumber (with Peel), Celery, Mixed Salad Greens, Beef Porterhouse Steak (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0.65 cm Fat). Snacks/Other: Pappadums, Nonfat Cappuccino, Asian Pears. more...
