Nice. Continued trying daily 8+hr Coconut/MCT oil breaks from food after breakfast till afternoon. Worn out before I even started workout/laps today, but luckily most strenuous obligation was calling Bingo numbers. : )

-64.2/85 days = -0.755 lb/day : )
390.8 lb Lost so far: 64.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

What are your protein numbers? You shouldn't be exhausted. How is your salt and electrolyte/magnesium? Water?🙋🏻

Are you drinking enough water? As smprowett asked ...water and/or salt intake might be too low. I did notice the protein # above looked ok..so...I hope you are feeling less exhausted today. Sip Sip Sip...all day long.
