1996 kcal Fat: 92.41g | Prot: 133.19g | Carb: 133.43g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Almond Breeze Vanilla Milk, Special K Protein Plus Cereal, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Chicken Burrito Bol (Chicken, Black Beans, Fajita Vegetables, Tomato Salsa, Red Hot Salsa, Cheese and Lettuce). Dinner: Chicken Wing, Chicken Drumstick, Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Balsamic Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese, Red Table Wine, Creamed Spinach, Stuffed Baked Potatoes. more...
