I needed a structured program that would teach me how to eat right. I got on simpletolose.com and started Take Shape For Life, using Medifast meals. The program is designed to lose weight and learn to keep it off. After reaching your goal you transition into your own healthy eating habits and wean off Medifast. One thing I really love about it is Dr. A's book and workbook, along with my personal health coach. It gives me motivation and support, support being the main component I'm lacking in my daily life. I just finished my first week and lost 7.4 pounds and I feel good, so I'm changing my diet plan on fatsecret and keeping this one.
