One more pound down, but I don't know how. I ate okay all week, with the exception of the weekend, but I only had a couple of days that I did my workouts. At least I don't have to worry about holiday eating for a while now. Oh well, it's a new day and a new week, so I'm going to take my pound loss and hope to keep it and lose another within the next couple of weeks. I'm going to try to keep my eating better this week and keep up with my exercise. I want to get the family into a routine of taking the dogs for a walk after supper in the evenings, but it looks like the forecast shows rain for most of the week, so we'll see how that goes.
