I keep forgetting to record my food that I eat or my daily exercise, but I exercise at least 5 days out of a week, run about 2.5 miles and I haven't been keeping track of what I eat, but I do watch it still.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
