i too am a boredom eater! what really helped me was just allowing myself 3 REALLY BIG AND FILLING square meals a day with mostly fruit and veg (carbs are not bad!) and absolutely no snacking. I've since lost 15 pounds and i am at my goal weight! i know it can seem hard, but you learn new ways to occupy yourself. i got into some new tv shows, started reading more, listening to music, teaching myself new subjects, styling outfits for myself, and obsessing over what i would look like after i lost weight on this website called bodyvisualizer.com. self discipline is so rewarding, but you dont have to go hungry!
