A little disappointed this week, but I know the weight is going to be very hard to come off the closer I get to my goal. This week I should do ok, but the weekend is packed with fun...
127.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
