Been a hard week. Lots of temptations. Was able to resist. (for the most part) Did take one bite of a few things. Getting harder to sick to instead of easier. Well, here goes a new week.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's getting harder because you are working against yourself. Stop tasting and taking bites of things that you know are not on your diet and see how it goes. Good Luck! The 180s' are waiting for you!

Bites of things are not helpful on this diet. They will make you crave those things more not less. The problem with having any carbs on this diet is your craving for them never goes away. That is the point. Read the Atkins book and it will explain it better to you. Good luck.
